My background is unusual for this industry, and it’s the reason clients hire me. I spent over a decade leading complex international development projects for the Government of Canada, including work in Sudan and the West Bank. Those environments taught me to read a room, hold firm under pressure, and never mistake paperwork for progress. I’m also a property investor in Madrid and Valencia, so I understand this market from the inside, not just from a listing sheet.
I’m Sarajevo-born, shaped by Canada, based in Madrid. I speak English, Spanish, and Balkan languages. Nothing gets lost in translation, including the things agents tend to gloss over in contracts.
